L’Accolade Santé mentale est un organisme sans but lucratif répondant aux besoins des familles et amis vivant avec la maladie mentale d’un proche par le biais de ses services de soutien, d’accompagnement et de répit. Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada
The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada is here to help. No one need face MS alone. In communities across Canada, our volunteers and staff provide information, support, educational events and other resources for people with MS and their families. Researchers funded by the MS Society are working to develop new and better treatments. Their ultimate goal is the cure for MS.
Muscular Dystrophy Canada is a not-for-profit organization committed to finding a cure for neuromuscular disorders through well funded research. Muscular Dystrophy Canada’s dedicated volunteers and staff across the country raise funds to enhance the lives of those affected by over 150 different kinds of neuromuscular disorders by continually working to provide ongoing support and resources

Dans cette optique, l’Office doit s’assurer que, dans les limites de la loi, les ministères et leurs réseaux, les municipalités et les organismes poursuivent leurs efforts en vue d’intégrer les personnes handicapées et de permettre à ces dernières de participer pleinement à la vie en société. L’Office joue également un rôle de coordination et d’évaluation des services offerts aux personnes handicapées et à leur famille. Il promeut les intérêts de celles-ci, les informe, les conseille, les assiste et les représente individuellement et collectivement.
Our mission is to lead the fight against diabetes by helping people with diabetes live healthy lives while we work to find a cure. We deliver our mission by:
- providing people with diabetes and healthcare professionals with education and services;
- advocating on behalf of people with diabetes;
- supporting research;

Cerebral palsy is a condition when muscle movements and posture is affected (palsy) due to brain damage (cerebral). Unlike chicken pox or measles, cerebral palsy is not a disease but it is a condition. It is not communicable and although there is no cure it is not progressive, as brain damage does not increase over time.
The Kidney Foundation of Canada is people working together for a common cause. We are volunteers, individuals living with kidney disease, donors, and staff members — from all walks of life, all across Canada. Since its creation in 1964, The Kidney Foundation has helped millions of Canadians suffering from kidney failure and related disorders such as hypertension, diabetes, urinary tract infections and kidney stones.
Osteoporosis Canada, a registered charity, is the only national organization serving people who have, or are at risk for, osteoporosis. The organization works to educate, empower and support individuals and communities in the risk-reduction and treatment of osteoporosis.
