Our process
The first call and our first meeting
From our first telephone conversation, we begin to analyze the specific needs of your loved one. On the phone, we first ask for an initial evaluation. We arrange a meeting with the family and the family member who requires care. This meeting will allow us to get acquainted, have details on your situation, your needs and expectations. This is an opportunity for you to ask any question on how In Home Care Group can help your family. This requires no commitment on your part.
The individualized care plan
Following our introductory meeting, In Home Care Group develops a care plan. This plan is tailored to specific customer needs and we make specific recommendations about the services that we think beneficial to improve the status and quality of life of our customer. Subsequently, we schedule a follow-up meeting with the client and the family to review the said plan and modify it, if necessary according to your requirements.
Matching between loved one and caregiver
Once the care plan approved, we begin the search for the best qualified staff member to provide the required care. Our exclusive matchmaking system between caregivers and clients takes into account several factors: the needed care, the client’s interests, personalities match of client and caregiver. So after analyzing the data, we can recommend to our clients the best care for him/her. So obviously, if it happens that our choice is not approved by the customer, we will make the required changes rapidly.
Monitoring and supervision
Our staff is instructed to make detailed daily care reports. These reports are available at all times at your request. In addition, management and supervisors make regular visits to clients home in order to ensure that the individual care plan is followed adequately.
